These terms govern the dedicated server services supplied by AlienServers on hardware we own, hosted in London, United Kingdom. By ordering a server you agree to them.
Service
We provide a fully dedicated server: one tenant per machine, full root or Administrator access and DDoS protection. Instant deploy SKUs are delivered as specified on the order. Custom builds are assembled to the configuration you submit.
Charges
Prices are monthly, in pounds sterling, exclusive of VAT. Invoices are due on the date stated. We may suspend a server if an invoice remains unpaid.
Your use
You are responsible for the software, content and traffic on the machine. Use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You keep the encryption keys, licenses and data you place on the server.
Access
On handover we issue root or Administrator credentials. You must keep those credentials safe. We may access the machine to deal with a network abuse event or a hardware fault.
Term
Service runs month to month unless a longer term is agreed in writing. You may cancel at the end of a paid period by writing to sales@alienservers.com.
Liability
We supply the hardware, power, network and filtering described on the order. We do not operate your software or your customers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
