AlienServers processes personal data in the United Kingdom to sell and run dedicated servers. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account name, email address, billing details, service configuration, support correspondence, and the IP addresses used to reach our website and network. We do not need the data you store on a server unless you send it to us for a support case.
Why we collect it
To take orders, issue invoices, deliver servers, filter abuse, and answer support. Legal bases are contract, legitimate interests in running a network, and legal obligation for tax records.
Retention
Billing records are kept for the period required by UK tax law. Support mail is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Server traffic logs are kept only as long as needed for abuse handling.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell contact lists.
Your rights
